THEATRE PLAY !!

On Tuesday this week we had the visit of Forum theatre who performed a theatre play in English titled Bunny & the Farm! Sophie (the main character) is given the task to feed all the animals on the farm since her uncle Tom who is usually in charge is away.
El martes de esta semana tuvimos la visita de Forum theatre que representaron una obra teatral en inglés titulada ¡Bunny & the Farm! A Sophie (la protagonista) le encargan las tareas de dar de comer a los animales de la granja ya que su tío Tom que es quien normalmente se encarga no está.

A few days prior to the play, we worked the story in the classroom, meeting all the characters and learning about what we were going to find when we got to the assembly hall.
Unos días antes de la obra, trabajamos la historia en el aula, conociendo los personajes y aprendiendo lo que nos íbamos a encontrar cuando llegaramos a la sala multiusos.

LOTS OF TALENT AT THE SCHOOL !!

A few days ago we received an invitation by the teacher Maite Gonzalez stating that the Year 4 students would perform a theatre play in the school multipurpose room. We knew they'd been working really hard and were very excited to show us what they'd prepared.
On Tuesday we went to watch the play "The Pied Piper of Hamelin" which left us gobsmacked of how well they all performed. It was a fantastic display and we really enjoyed it!

Hace unos días recibimos una invitación de la profe Maite González en la que ponía que los alumnos de 4º de primaria realizarían una obra de teatro en la sala multiusos. Sabíamos que habán estado trabajando mucho y que estaban ilusionados en enseñarnos lo que habían preparado.
El martes fuimos a ver la obra "La flautista de Amelín" que nos dejó con la boca abierta de lo bien que lo hicieron. Fue una exhibición fabulosa con la que disfrutamos mucho!

FACE 2 FACE

On Friday we were so lucky as to watch a theatre play live in the school! The Face 2 Face company performed the play "The Wild Wild West". We had lots of fun with Lee the cowgirl and Johnny the cowboy! ...and of course with Dolly the sheep!

El viernes tuvimos la suerte de ver una obra de teatro en directo en el cole! La compañía Face 2 Face representó la obra "The Wild Wild West". Nos lo pasamos muy bien con la vaquera Lee y el vaquero Johnny! ... y por supuesto con la oveja Dolly!
