ACTIVITIES UNDER LOCKDOWN - WEEK 1 / LESSON 4

Hello, today we´re going to start with the calendar and weather and then we'll be reviewing means of transport.

Hola, hoy empezaremos con el calendario y el tiempo y después repasaremos los medios de transporte.

TOPIC REVIEW !!

This first term, apart from learning new sounds, vocabulary, questions and sentences, we also reviewed (at different dates throughout the term) some topics we covered last year, such as clothes, professions, body parts and transport among others. Here's a recap of the vocabulary we learnt through a picture-revealing game on the interactive white board.

En este primer trimestre, además de aprender nuevos sonidos, vocabulario, preguntas y frases, hemos repasado (en diferentes fechas del trimestre) algunos temas que aprendimos el año pasado, como son la ropa, profesiones, partes del cuerpo o transporte entre otros. Aquí recapitulamos el vocabulario aprendido a través de un juego revelando la foto en la pizarra digital.

MEANS OF TRANSPORT !!

For the past few days, we've been studying a few means of transport, though the children were already familiar with some of them! Not only did we learn the transport itself but also where they operate, be it land, sea or air.
We carried out different and varied activities; we started off with one on the Interactive WhiteBoard in order to know whether these means of transport go in land, sea or air.

Durante los últimos días, hemos estado estudiando los medios de transporte, aunque los niños ya sabían alguno. Y no sólo aprendimos simplemente el transporte en sí, sino por donde se mueven, ya sea tierra, mar o aire.
Hicimos actividades diversas y variadas, empezando con una en la pizarra digítal para saber si los medios de transporte van por tierra, mar o aire.

We then went on to doing a match-up worksheet!

¡Después hicimos una hoja de emparejar!

On another day we puzzled out some transport which required some cutting and gluing!

Otro día montamos un rompecabezas de transporte y para ello tuvimos que cortar y pegar.

And finally, just to check that we'd learnt all the means of transport correctly, we did a memory game on the IWB!
Y por último, para comprobar que habíamos aprendido todos los medios de transporte, hicimos un juego de memoria en la pizarra digital.

BEE BOT SESSION !!

For the past few days we've been using Bee Bot & Blue Bot across the preschool stage in order to revise specific vocabulary and also for the children to have a bit of fun!
